Lawn Care Specialist or Assistant.

Pay starts at $37,000 plus possible commission/quarterly bonuses.
Are you someone who loves working outdoors and who is a great communicator? If yes, we have an amazing opportunity that you don't want to miss! Don't worry if you don't have prior experience, as we're happy to train the right candidates. - Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to maintain the health of lawns
- Performs inspections of lawns, trees, and/or shrubs and can address issues with lawn health, such as pests or diseases.
Ability to lift 50-75 pounds, with or without any accommodation
Flexibility to work Saturday hours on an as-needed basis to meet production goals
Recommendations for care and maintenance.
- Safely utilizes and/or applies products and materials.
- Keeps accurate treatment records with written communication and electronic devices.
- Looks for and pursues sales opportunities.
- Help customers understand the services provided.
- Responds promptly to requests from the office.
- Securely and safely maintain service vehicles, equipment, and materials.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
